Terms and Conditions
These are the terms and conditions of the agreement between you and RSVP Personals International ("GSVP") that you agree to be bound to by upon becoming an GSVP member. Please read them carefully and if you do not agree with them, please do not register as a member. The terms are subject to change by GSVP at any time. Please note that GSVP reserves the right to terminate your membership for any reason.
GSVP operates as a service for adults only, to become a member you must be at least 18 years old. Please do not attempt to register if you are under 18 years old.
As an adult, you are solely responsible for any information contained in your Profile and all of your communications with other GSVP members. By registering as a member, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions below:
- You will not use GSVP to post or transmit offensive materials including offensive language or sexually explicit materials (including photographs).
- You will not knowingly post false information in your profile, or pose as another person.
- You will use GSVP’s services for personal communication only and will not engage in or promote any commercial enterprise through your GSVP profile.
- You will not harass others by continuing to attempt to communicate with someone who has clearly asked you to cease communications.
- All information contained in e-mails should be treated as confidential. This information cannot be forwarded without the previous consent of the original sender of the message.
- GSVP reserves the right to suspend any member who violates these rules. In the case of Profiles, GSVP may hide the Profile if it is judged offensive until the offensive portion is amended.
- You will not use GSVP anonymous mail to send junk mail.
- You will not include identifying information, including but not limited to your real name, phone number, e-mail address, instant messaging ID (such as MSN address or ICQ number) or any URL in your Profile.
GSVP reserves the right to suspend any member who violates these rules. In the case of Profiles, GSVP may hide the Profile if it is judged offensive until the offensive portion is amended. GSVP may also freeze the contents of a profile if it includes identifying information.
GSVP is not responsible for any information or materials posted or transmitted via the service. This agreement outlines behaviour that is unacceptable on the service, but GSVP is not responsible for ensuring that members follow this agreement. GSVP does not review the content of private e-mail messages or screen the Profiles posted by GSVP members (although it may periodically review the information posted in the public areas of the service) and accepts no responsibility for resolving disputes between members.
All material & information in GSVP is copyright and may not be used in whole or part without the permission of the GSVP proprietor.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Under no circumstances will GSVP be liable to you for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising out of the use of the GSVP service. In addition, GSVP disclaims all liability, regardless of the form of action, for the acts or omissions of other members or users.
